Does Keepa cost anything for buyers?
No. You pay the item price and delivery, and nothing else. Keepa's fee comes out of the seller's payout.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive, or isn't what I paid for?
Your money is still in escrow, not with the seller. Open a dispute from your order and Keepa reviews it before anyone is paid.
When does the seller get my money?
When you confirm you've received the item. If you don't confirm or raise a problem, it's released 3 days after delivery.
How do you choose which sellers I see?
On how well they fit your request (item, price, delivery to your area) and their record over the last 90 days. Sellers can't pay to rank higher.
I sell on Instagram or at a market. How do I join?
Open a shop from your phone in a few minutes. Listing is free; Keepa takes 5% of Keepa orders, only when you get paid.
Can Keepa track the sales I make outside Keepa?
Yes. Record walk-in, WhatsApp, Instagram or phone sales in a few taps, or just tell your assistant. Your stock updates, the sale shows in your reports, and Keepa takes no fee on it.
How will I know when stock is running low?
Keepa tells you when an item is running low or has sold out, in your notifications and by email, so you can restock before you miss a sale.
